# Prop Jobs Bundle — Beekeeping, Dairy & Train Job Bundle for FiveM

**Three jobs your players work with their own hands. Real 3D props, no menus, no progress bar spam.**

Risk Prop Jobs Bundle is a FiveM job bundle for ESX, QBCore and QBox with three legal civilian jobs in one package: Risk Beekeeping V2, Risk Dairy and Risk Train Job. Players keep bees and fill honey jars, milk cows and make butter and cheese, or drive a freight train and unload containers with a crane. Every step happens on a real custom prop in the world.

---

## Why this one

Most FiveM job scripts are the same loop: walk to a marker, press `E`, watch a progress bar, get an item. Farming, fishing, mining, lumberjack, trucker. After a week nobody does them anymore.

- **The work is the gameplay.** Players crank, pour, pull frames and steer a crane with the mouse. A camera shows the real object, not a popup.

- **Over 30 custom 3D props.** Beehives, frames, honey extractor, cream separator, butter churn, cheese press, container crane. Plus a custom cow and a dairy barn MLO.

- **Progress that keeps players coming back.** Hives produce while players are offline, cheese ripens on the server clock, the train job has 20 levels with rewards.

- **Three separate resources.** Start one, two or all three. Nothing depends on the others.

- **0.00ms idle in all three scripts.** Server-authoritative, every payout checked on the server.

---

## What Is in the Bundle

| Job | What the player does | Built with |

| --- | --- | --- |

| **Risk Beekeeping V2** | Places beehives, smokes out the bees, pulls the frames, spins the honey, fills jars | 19 custom props, beekeeper suit, bee stings |

| **Risk Dairy** | Milks cows, separates cream, churns butter, presses and ripens cheese | Custom cow, 11 dairy props, barn MLO, milk machine |

| **Risk Train Job** | Drives a freight train and unloads and loads containers at crane stations | 4-part custom crane, own train physics, timetable |

---

## Beekeeping Job — From Hive to Honey Jar

A legal honey job where players own their hives and do every step by hand.

| Step | What the player does |

| --- | --- |

| **Buy** | Hive, bees, frames, smoker, suit and jars at the beekeeper shop |

| **Place** | Put the hive down anywhere inside your beekeeping zones |

| **Frames & bees** | Drag the frames into the hive, move the colony in |

| **Sugar water** | The bees ask for it at a random moment. Fed hives give more full combs |

| **Smoke** | Pump the smoker and walk around the hive until the bees calm down |

| **Harvest** | Lift the roof and pull the full honeycombs out one by one |

| **Process** | Uncap the combs, crank the honey extractor, open the tap and watch the jar fill |

| **Sell** | Sell honey jars at the honey buyer, cash or bank |

Unsmoked hives sting. Wear the suit or bring the smoker. Optional honey theft turns every hive into something worth protecting: the owner gets an alarm and a map blip the moment someone breaks in.

---

## Dairy Job — Milk, Butter and Cheese

A full dairy farm chain instead of one "process milk" button.

| Step | What the player does |

| --- | --- |

| **Milk** | Buy a bucket and milk the cows on the pasture |

| **Separate** | Tip the bucket into the cream separator and turn the crank. Cream comes out left, skim milk right |

| **Churn** | Pour the cream into the butter churn and work the plunger. Fresh butter sets on the butter shelf |

| **Press** | Skim milk, salt and rennet into the cheese press, turn the screw, come back later |

| **Ripen** | Put the young cheese on the ripening shelf. It ripens on the server clock |

| **Sell** | Knock on the milk machine. The trader buys milk, cream, skim milk, butter and cheese |

Ripe cheese pays the most, so players who wait earn more. Cheese presses work per player: several players can press at the same machine, everyone collects only their own cheese.

The milk machine doubles as a shop. Players without goods to sell can buy milk, butter, cheese or any item you add to the list.

---

## Train Job — Freight Train and Container Crane

A long route job for players who want more than a delivery marker.

| Step | What the player does |

| --- | --- |

| **Briefing** | Talk to the depot NPC, get a route with loaded wagons and a timetable |

| **Drive** | Drive the freight train yourself with gears, reverse and train physics |

| **Shunt** | Stop at the crane station and move the wagon under the crane |

| **Unload & load** | Grab every container with the spreader and set it down. Clean grabs pay a bonus |

| **On time** | Reach the stations on time for the timetable bonus |

| **Level up** | Earn XP, claim rewards, get more wagons per shift |

The 20 levels work like a battle pass: money and item rewards per level, 2 loaded wagons at the start up to 8 at the top. From a level you choose, players can buy an autopilot for the long drives.

---

## Place Everything Ingame

No coordinate hunting in config files.

| Script | How you set it up |

| --- | --- |

| **Beekeeping V2** | Define zones with radius and hive cap, players place their hives inside. Honey stations with `/station` |

| **Dairy** | Commands for separator, churn, press, cheese shelf, butter shelf and milk machine. Mouse wheel to rotate, `E` to place |

| **Train Job** | `/trainroute` builds a route step by step and prints the finished block for `config/routes.lua` |

Dairy ships with a ready setup inside its own barn MLO in Grapeseed. Beekeeping and Train Job ship with working example zones and a full example route from the Port of Los Santos with four crane stations.

---

## Built for Your Other Scripts

All three scripts use normal inventory items, so your shops, crafting and reward scripts can work with them directly.

```lua
-- Give honey and cheese as a reward from any other script (ox_inventory)
exports.ox_inventory:AddItem(source, 'honeyjar', 2)
exports.ox_inventory:AddItem(source, 'dairy_cheese', 1)
-- Sell any item of your server in the dairy milk machine (config.lua)
Config.Vending = {
{ item = 'water', label = 'Water', price = 10, image = 'nui://ox_inventory/web/images/water.png' },
}
-- Plug in your own notify in one function (Train Job config.lua)
Config.UseCustomNotify = true
```

Already running Risk Farm? Set `Config.UseFarmMilk = true` and the cream separator takes `farm_milk` from your farm.

---

## Compatibility

| | Supported |

| --- | --- |

| **Framework** | ESX · QBCore · QBox — auto-detected at runtime |

| **Inventory** | ox_inventory · qs-inventory · codem-inventory · tgiann-inventory · core_inventory · origen_inventory · qb-inventory · framework native |

| **Train Job inventory** | ox_inventory · codem-inventory · origen_inventory · qb-inventory · framework native (only for level reward items) |

| **Target** | ox_target · qb-target · built-in `E` prompt |

| **Database** | oxmysql · mysql-async · ghmattimysql — tables created automatically |

| **Notify** | Built-in, or your own with one function |

| **Languages** | Beekeeping V2: 9 · Dairy: 11 · Train Job: 7 — add your own with one file |

---

## What You Get

- ✅ Three complete job scripts as separate resources

- ✅ Over 30 custom 3D props, a custom cow and a dairy barn MLO

- ✅ Placeable beehives with zones, smoker, bee stings and beekeeper suit

- ✅ Honey station with uncapping, extractor and live jar filling

- ✅ Optional honey theft with owner alarm and map blip

- ✅ Dairy chain: milking, cream separator, butter churn, cheese press

- ✅ Ripening shelves for cheese and butter on the server clock

- ✅ Milk machine that buys dairy goods and sells any item you list

- ✅ Freight train with gears, reverse, timetable and crane stations

- ✅ 20 train levels with money and item rewards and an autopilot unlock

- ✅ Ingame placement tools and a train route builder

- ✅ Offline progress, nothing lost on restart or relog

- ✅ Custom shop and buyer UIs, payout to cash or bank

- ✅ Item files for ESX (SQL), qb-inventory and ox_inventory

- ✅ Up to 11 languages per script, locale folders not escrowed

- ✅ Exploit-safe, server-authoritative

- ✅ 0.00ms idle and 0.00ms performance while nobody works

---

## Installation

1. All three are civilian jobs. Honey theft in the beekeeping job is optional and off by default.

**Do players need a job or whitelist?**

No. Any player can start. Beekeeping and Dairy are item-gated, the Train Job starts at the depot NPC.

**Can I use only one or two of the jobs?**

Yes. Every job is its own resource. Start the ones you want.

**Does it work with my inventory?**

Yes. Beekeeping and Dairy detect `ox_inventory`, `qs-inventory`, `codem-inventory`, `tgiann-inventory`, `core_inventory`, `origen_inventory`, `qb-inventory` and the framework native API. The Train Job only needs the inventory for level reward items.

**Can I use it without a target script?**

Yes. A built-in `E` prompt is the default. `ox_target` and `qb-target` are optional in Beekeeping and Dairy.

**Does it need ox_lib?**

No. The only requirement is oxmysql, mysql-async or ghmattimysql.

**Does the dairy barn MLO conflict with my map?**

The MLO replaces the vanilla Grapeseed barn. If another map changes the same barn, delete the `stream/mlo` folder and place the dairy machines wherever you want.

**What happens on a restart or when players log off?**

Nothing is lost. Hives, cheese presses, ripening shelves and train careers are stored in the database.

**Does it cost performance?**

No. All three scripts run at 0.00ms while idle.

**Can I add my own language?**

Yes. Copy one locale file, translate it and set `Config.Locale`. The locale folders are not escrowed.
