# Beekeeping V2 — Honey Farming Job for FiveM

**Every step happens with your hands on a real prop. No pop-up minigame windows.**

A complete beekeeping job for ESX, QBCore and QBox: place your own beehives, fill them with frames and bees, smoke them out, pull the honeycombs by hand and spin them into jars at a honey extractor — built on 19 custom streamed props.

---

## Why this one

Most beekeeping scripts are a menu with a timer. You press E, a bar fills, an item appears. This one is a real job.

- **You do the work in 3D.** Drag the frames into the hive, scrape the wax off with a fork, crank the extractor with your mouse, open the tap and watch the jar fill up.

- **19 custom props.** Hive, roof, frames, honeycombs, bee smoker, beekeeper helmet, extractor, tap lever and a honey jar in five fill stages.

- **A full cycle from start to finish.** Shop, hive, frames, bees, sugar water, smoker, harvest, extractor, jar, honey buyer.

- **Hives stay after a restart.** Production keeps running on server time, even while the owner is offline.

---

## The Hive

Players place their own hives. Aim with the camera, rotate with the mouse wheel, press `E`. The preview sits on the ground exactly where the final hive will stand.

| Step | What you do |

| --- | --- |

| **Frames** | Open the roof and drag four frames down into their slots, one by one |

| **Bees** | Press `E` at the hive to move the colony in |

| **Wait** | The bees collect honey. A status bar shows the progress when you walk up |

| **Sugar water** | At some point the bees ask for it. Press `G` to pour it in |

| **Smoke** | Calm the bees with the bee smoker before you open the hive |

| **Harvest** | Open the roof and pull the full honeycombs out by hand |

**Sugar water decides the harvest.** Feed the bees and all four frames come out full. Skip it and only one or two do. The empty frames stay in the hive and the next production fills them. New frames go exactly into the gaps the old ones left.

Each hive lasts a set number of harvests, then it is used up. Players get a message the moment their bees are done, and again on every login if something is still waiting for them.

---

## The Bee Smoker

A finished hive is full of angry bees. You cannot just open it.

Take the smoker, press `E` and pump. After three puffs from the same side the bees move away from the smoke, so you have to **walk around the hive**. The smoke comes out of the nozzle and other players see it too. When the buzzing dies down, the roof can be opened.

---

## Bees Sting

Walk up to a hive that is still buzzing without protection and you get stung. The bees hurt, but they can never kill a player.

**The beekeeper suit protects you.** Use the item and your character puts it on piece by piece: shoes, trousers, jacket, then the beekeeper helmet. The helmet is a custom prop, not a GTA hat. Male and female outfits are included.

Use the item again to take it off. The original outfit comes back exactly as it was — even after a relog.

---

## The Honey Extractor

The honey station stands at fixed spots you choose. This is where the honeycombs turn into jars.

| Step | What you do |

| --- | --- |

| **Put down** | Press `E` — the camera moves over the table and the four combs land one after another |

| **Uncap** | Hold the left mouse button and drag the fork over each comb until the wax is gone |

| **Load** | Click the clean combs one by one into the extractor basket |

| **Spin** | Crank the basket with your mouse. Keep going and it speeds up, stop and it slows down |

| **Tap** | The camera swings to the tap. Click the lever and the honey flows |

| **Bottle** | The jar fills up in four visible stages. Click the full jar to take it |

The station state is synced. Other players see the combs lying on the table and sitting in the basket, and a busy station stays reserved for the player working on it.

Place as many stations as you want. Type `/station` ingame, set each one on the ground with the mouse, press `ENTER` and paste the printed block into the config. You can hide the map blip for single stations — useful when three of them stand next to each other.

---

## Beekeeping Zones

Hives can only be placed inside the zones you set. Every zone has its own radius and its own limit of hives, and every player has a limit too.

The **Apiary Map** item shows all zones as circles on the map. Use it again to hide them.

---

## Shop & Honey Buyer

**The shop** sells everything a beekeeper needs. Players fill a cart, see the total and pay once. The frames come in sets of four, one set for one hive.

**The honey buyer** takes the filled jars and raw honey. Players pick the amounts, see the payout and choose whether the money goes to cash or bank.

Both have their own ped, blip and marker, and both work with `ox_target` or `qb-target`. Prices always come from the server config. Nothing the client sends can change them.

---

## Honey Theft

Optional, off by default.

Turn it on and other players can raid finished hives. The thief has to smoke the hive out like the owner, then break it open — which takes time. The owner gets a message and a blinking blip on the map the moment it starts.

- Hives of offline players are protected

- The thief only gets a share of the honeycombs, and only what is really inside

- Suit, smoker and an extra tool can be made mandatory

- Cooldown per thief and one robbery per production

---

## Built for Your Other Scripts

The script talks to the rest of your server.

```lua
-- Send a police alert when a hive gets robbed (server side)
AddEventHandler('risk-beekeepingv2:hiveRobbed', function(thief, hiveId, x, y, z)
    exports['your-dispatch']:Alert('Hive robbery', vector3(x, y, z))
end)
-- Use your own notify and progress bar instead of the built-in ones
Config.UseCustomNotify = true
Config.UseCustomProgressBar = true
```

The inventory and database bridges are open files. Add your own system without touching the protected code.

## FAQ

**Does it work with my inventory?**

Yes. ox_inventory, codem-inventory, tgiann-inventory, core_inventory, origen_inventory and the framework native inventory are detected automatically. Ready-to-paste item files are included.

**Can I use it without a target script?**

Yes. Markers and an `E` prompt are used by default. `ox_target` and `qb-target` are optional for the shop and the honey buyer.

**Where can players place their hives?**

Only inside the zones you set in the config. Each zone has a radius and its own hive limit. The Apiary Map item shows them to players.

**What happens when a player logs off?**

Nothing is lost. The hives are stored in the database and the bees keep working on server time. On the next login the player gets a message if a hive is ready.

**Can other players steal my honey?**

Only if you turn it on. The owner gets warned with a message and a blip, hives of offline players are protected, and each hive can only be robbed once per production.

**Can the bees kill players?**

No. Stings take health, but never below a safe limit. The beekeeper suit protects completely, and smoked-out bees stop stinging.

**Can I change prices, times and items?**

Yes. Prices, production time, harvest amount, item names, keys, blips, sounds and limits are all in commented config files.

**Can I translate it?**

Yes. Nine languages ship complete, and every string lives in a locale file.
